Hi,

I'm trying to change the wheels on my 2021 XC60 plug-in hybrid.

There are four regular lug nuts, and one that is hexagonal and fits the wrench, but just turns without coming off. Is there some special too for this extra one? Maybe because it's a plug-in hybrid, and so has to fit the battery in the boot area, there is no spare wheel/jack/wheel-removing tools, so maybe I'm missing something.
