A 2022 vehicle must be under warranty surely.?? Only doubt would be if OP had not had the vehicle serviced to schedule. It may be with 18month service intervals a service is not even due yet!
Car ownership is not straight forward and breakdowns happen. Its how the garage deals with them that sorts the excellent from the rubbish.
