Fair enough, you’ve found a keeper. Don’t waste anytime in getting a diagnostic done. Present the results to the dealer and ask that it’s fixed .
I’m sure there will be far more knowledgable people on the site who will know the legal side of things, and can give better advise than me.
Bear in mind, the dealer has already sold you a vehicle that has problems, do you trust him to do the repairs? He’s given you 14days to change your mind and give it back, presented with a potential bill of many oo’s, I hope he doesn’t just offer you a refund.
