This is different from coding a replacement park assist module - which is not needed.

Well as it was all working fine up until it started playing up I'm assuming that the basics are all in place. Part numbers of the existing and the one I've ordered are identical so....fingers Xd..! Expected delivery end of next week but with the mail as it is who knows..
