I’ve had my V90 Cross Country since 2019 and it’s fitted with the electric retractable towball. It’s been working fine until my last trip out a few weeks ago when the towball keepers getting stuck when deployed. When pressing the button in the boot ( the orange light is illuminated) you can hear the mechanism working but the towball doesn’t drop. It might take several attempts before it drops or I leave it and try another day.

Any suggestions?
