Default Mis-fire and cam position fault

Hi I’ve got a V40 2001 2.0 petrol that has developed a mis-fire in cylinder 2 and also a camshaft position fault. Code P0010. The spark plug in cylinder two was covered in oil on investigation and the other 3 have a slight misting. I’ve only owned it for 3 weeks and it only has 70k on the clock. I brought it from a dealership and have asked for a full refund because it’s not as advertised and fit for purpose. I’ve had the cylinder pressure tested and it’s showing that it’s the problem. Any advice? Legally I have one months grace in statutory consumer rights I think. He’s stalling and saying he wants his mechanic
to inspect the car. I’ve had to purchase something in the mean time because I have disabled in laws to take care of. The car has done less
than 200 miles and I put new brakes on the rear so I had every intention of keeping it. Any help or advice would be very much appreciated
