My XC60 started then kept turning off.. immobiliser/abs/parking brake/air bags/ all the warning lights were flashing. Had it recovered to nearest Volvo and told it's the windscreen was loose and not sealed and water had got in and effected all the electronics. They want £1300 to fix the windscreen before drying out the 'components and seeing which ones have survived
I am disabled and this is a lot of money for me to find and more on top apparently is electronics are effected. I am now very very stuck.
Seeing these posts has made me realise this is a build problem. Has Volvo taken responsibility for this fault does anyone know? Has this been investigated? Seems very unfair as it's a build problem and the price for fixing it seems to vary hugely.
