S80 Driver's seat heater does not work

S80 2008 driver's seat heating does not work. It has been tested that the current 13 v is supplied to the block under the seat, the block itself is also fine, the system inside the seat is fine and there are no interruptions.
However, the power does not come into the plug where the two wires are inside and go to the block under the seat. Image attached, top right. When the seat heating button is pressed by the passenger, approx. 5 V will come into the wire. If the driver's side presses the seat heating button, the current does not show. Could it be a fault in the front panel switch? Or what other possibilities would there be?
