The engine oil level seems stable to me, at least according to the screen in the instrument cluster. I topped up a couple of months back and it’s still at a bar below full.

Oil leaks can be hard to pinpoint, as sometimes oil can spray all over the place. As mentioned above, clean the area down and see if it if reappears.
Could also be a rocker cover gasket seeping on the passenger side. Is it actually using oil?
