Or what you can do maybe, not sure if it`s gonna work though, remove both headlights and connect the bad one to the other side. Obviously have to check the connector if the pins are the same. If it works, than at least you know its not the headlight itself

Yes I swapped headlights around, the bad one doesn't work on the working side but the good one works on the bad side. From what I understand it's something inside the headlight it self. I really hope that it's that high voltage cable from ballast to bulb. If not I will have to get a used used headlight, unlucky for me, in Norway used one are around 400£
