I'm looking to sell my 1991 silver 940GL estate automatic.
We've had 19 years really comfortable motoring together.
During that time it has been regularly maintained and serviced by the same garage (Gelder's).
The car is in a presentable though not pristine state, has a tow bar (that I've never used), has proved utterly reliable and a pleasure to drive, and has a new MOT.
Mileage is 237k.
Basically, I'm no longer doing long-distance journeys, and I think that the garage folk are probably going to retire soon. I'm not mechanically minded, so it's time to pass the car on to someone who will know how to look after it - and I'll just buzz around locally in the Fiesta...
In terms of value, I think around £2000 might be about right. Offers?
