If you are dead set on that tyre size, the options seem a little limited, from my quick search. If you opted for a 185/70/14 there are far more options (better tyres) available. Are you looking for outright grip, better cornering and braking, or more concerned with tyre noise and fuel efficiency or perhaps budget?
There is no need to opt for different tyres on different axles, at least to my knowledge.
