Not simple really. As far as I'm aware the only way to do it is retrofit the correct mirrors then purchase a "VDD Function Extender" from d5t5.com that connects to your OBDII port (needs to stay permanently connected) then code it to enable the power fold function.
As with a lot of things on these cars Volvo make modding pretty darned difficult.
