Default What should I do to my S80 d5

Hey all. So my S80 D5 215 model is 2013, purchased mid 2022 with then 131k miles, and no real service history. 3 months after I got it I had a new alternator installed after the aux belt snapped. It got a service obviousley then it sat for 8 months with Autoglass after they bust a screen sensor. got it bakc and serviced it again. Since then, its had a new timing belt, 2 new charger pipes (both top and bottom), new front drivers side wheel hub, new disks and pads all round. What I have done to it since then is service it mysef (still pleased about that) and replace the charger pipes with silicon ones that are so much better now. I have also sanded the lights down alot to try and get them clearer, I cant afford to buy new ones and they were badly crackled, not so bad now but still a bit poop.

Im now on 160k miles, no dash board messages, everything inside and out working just fine.

Needs: New rear drivers side hub, and fuel filter replaced (have new one)

Suggestions please. Given there is not alot of history, I want to do everything I can, and am capable of doing to get the engine running as smooth as possible, and also prepared for Winter use.

I want to change the glow rods at some point, not sure how easy it is to do though, however, outside of these (for winter) what would anyone suggest I try to dismantle and clean in regards the engine area. I have toold, ramps, axle stands, trolly jack, but Im no mechanic, consider me confident but the sort of person that usually has a screw left over with no place to put it :-).

I want to look a the EGR just not sure how accessible it is, also want to drain and replace the gearbox oil, again not sure how easy that is to do, and want to learn to replace brake fluid (bleed etc) so any advice, or suggestions on things to buy to help please do feed me.

I had considered a remap but to be honest the 215 is surprisingly good, I wonder if the reason for all the charger pipes blowing and splitting is because its been remapped already, and is now over boosting, who knows, but the silicon pipe has made a massive difference, and also seems to have made it a little quieter, or maybe thats in my head.

I plan on draining the oil again in a couple of months (will have done 2k miles by then) and put in new clean oil again with filter, and then every 6 months after.
