One of the lads at the MoT place i use has a white F reg one, him or one of his brothers also have a Mk1 Capri too.
I once owned a Mk2 Cavalier Convertible and bought a Mk1 Golf convertible for the ex-wife. Neither were ever driven on the road though, turned out i'd been stiffed when i bought the Cav (it belonged to the scrapyard he worked for, they didn't even know it was gone!) as it wasn't his to sell and the wife decided she didn't like the colour of the Golf and wanted an auto instead so that was sold quick and cheap :real_mad:
