Suspension normally isn't covered by warranty, as suspension items are classed as "wear and tear". Another words, you could drive down the road, hit a pothole and break a spring for example, or bust a shock absorber. The dealer won't be liable for that because its not their fault you hit the pot hole, nor is it their fault the pothole is there. Being honest, its not your fault either that the roads are in such a state, but they won't accept claims for items they class as being susceptible to normal wear and tear. Tyres are another example. You can't make a claim because your tyre is bald. Tyres are another example of "wear and tear" items.

By all means you can ask the dealer, but don't be surprised if they say they don't cover it.
