I have also started to notice it on mine but it only ever appears when I've first started the car and the driver profile is in the middle of switching.
It has always (upto this point anyway) gone away once the driver profile has loaded and I've not yet had to reset anything to get 5G operational.
One thing I have noticed following the software update is that the ERAD does make some odd, new whining noises shortly after first starting up, both when driving forward using the electric motor and a different one when slowing using regen, they go away after a few miles but these never happened before the software update, quite annoying.
