....and the car is still alive!
It's Ian here. I'm the bloke who bought LD02 TOJ. I travelled down from Newcastle on the train remember?
I ran the car briefly last summer without any problems (only adding 1000 miles!) and had it SORN over the winter. It is a great car and a credit to your many years of devoted ownership.
I will be keeping the car for long term summer use only whilst running my old diesel S60 in the winter.
I'll MOT it in June.
I've noticed some of the comments which had a bit of a go at all the mods that you completed over the years. A bit harsh I think!
Beauty is in the eye of the beholder and I think you did a great job. Its a unique car and several people up here have approached me to talk about it. (Including one of our local Police who also owns a Volvo!)
