i have had exactly the same noise on my T5 on full lock but only when turning over bumpy surfaces, i can't remember exactly what it is called but i think there is a bump stop on that side (a plate) mechanic re-greased it and it is now silent.

Prior to this i had a slightly differnt noise from Bridgestone front tyres fouling on the inner lining where the mud flap is attached however on Goodyear F1 no noise.
