The rough running could be wrong spark plugs, (use genuine Volvo spark plugs) clogged air filter, vacuum leak, check all and any vacuum pipes, clogged/blocked injectors and or fuel filter, could also be faulty ignition coil/s. Also check and clean the throttle body and associated pipes and components.
Your alarm problem could be as above faulty siren or your alarm module itself could be faulty, do all the doors lock with the fob? do any of the interior lights stay on after locking the doors with the fob?
