this is not the case at all
1 they do not blind any one because the bulb is behind a bulb cover inside
the lens
2 light scatter is the same
3 hid,s run cooler than halogens but not much (i used inferred temp meter)

i'v fitted hi beam too and trust me you will see for miles. mine have been fitted for over 2 1/2 years with no problems
