I had read that issues with ride comfort have supposedly been sorted on run-flats but good to get an unbiased opinion. Also found some TPMS systems for about £150 (better than I was expecting) and fitting seems to be quite straight forward. Might go down that route when I need new tyres. As Mr P says you just need to find somewhere to cram the display monitor into.
