Hi guys, my VVT solenoid needs replacing as its making a noise on idle, well its that or the pulley so to diagnose which 1 it is thats wrong im hoping to replace my vvt solenoid with a good second hand part and if the noise goes away then i shall buy a new one, if not then ill have to replace the pulley, local dealer said it would be 462 quid. so im hoping its the soldenoid. i have a 1.6 s40i 2000 year, anyone got a vvt solenoid cheapish would be great.
