We have recently taken delivery of a new V70 R-design Diesel manual. Looking to have a swan neck tow bar fitted with electrics, by reputable tow bar fitter.

OH wondered if when fitting the tow bar they would have to cut into the skirt or is provision made by Volvo for when this modification is carried out.

Edit, just been reading my old posts from March and problems with Hedleys and recommended fitter at Cold Hesledon. Will call in and speak to the chap at Cold Hesledon and find out what the situation is.
