If nothing else, I must say you guys are entertaining.
No, not all Mick Dundee but the distances are still challenging. My home dealer is 45 minute drive, the nearest "next" dealer is 2-hour drive.
The latest response from Volvo this evening is that they have been more than generous fixing what they have; that the fixes to the computer were only because I asked for them (!) and the air-con only took 3 fixes not the 5 I claimed, the sway bar only 2 fixes not 3, etc etc. But my diary and notes are accurate. In the first six months, I had five separate loaner cars, with my vehicle being in the shop 6 times. In any language, that's citrus.
