Hi Pyapp.

I can see where you are coming from. I am with you on the add some more overhead for safetys sake. Rather than run an injector at 95%, 100% of the time, I would rather have them running at 60%, 85% of the time with the other 40% available for cylinder cooling or extra fuelling when necessary.

Can I ask what injectors you have and where you got them from and how much they were?

If they are a much better price than Volvos own ones then I think that would be that way forward.

Is the T5 fuel pump up to the job do you know?
