My dealer tells me my heater is broken and the option is to buy a new seat (apparently big money).
Where does that recall apply to - is it worldwide?
What years/models does it apply to?
Would it apply to me if my heater element is broken.
How can I check the element is broken - can I put an ohmmeter on some connections?
