If you think that is excessive then I suggest you remain seated if you get a quote for a new one from volvo ;-)
I believe you can get £80-£100 from just weighing the cat in so £120 including postage looks like a fair price to me.
They are also large and weigh quite a bit so don't forget that postage will be pricey.
