Well, here are a couple of pic's. It doesn't seem as bad as I thought. You can see from the close up that the corrosion was limited to the small oval dark area. It would also seem that the WHOLE door has been re skimmed over. I noticed it as there were some cracks. In the door pic' you can see where I cleaned away the cracked area at the top and there is clean metal underneath. I intend now to strip the whole door down to bare metal.
