Thanks for the update, Andy....it was always my understanding that they were simply a flawed design GENERALLY....but you are right in that BBA should surely have found out that the refurb wouldn't solve the problem and not wasted your time and money.
Glad you got a result there and a received total refund....good on 'em for that at least...and glad you got your car back on the road eventually.!!!!
