I don't know what your replacement floor panels look like but if they're like the more common to find PV ones that don't have the sides of the inner sill sections then I reckon you need to source the inner sill repair parts too. The inner sills look like they need help - I could be wrong but those pictures show rust damage that looks suspiciously like there will be more trouble ahead...
