About 5 to 10% of the old oil will not be drained out when changing the oil & filter. So if you add 4.7 Ltrs of new oil, that should be near to full mark.
There is no need to drive the car around before checking the new oil level. Just start it and let it idle for a few minutes, then shut down and wait at least 5 mins before checking the level. Obviously it's worth checking again when cold for a more accurate figure.
The difference between the full and fill marks should be listed in the owners handbook. It's 2 liters for my old V40 classic, although that is a bit on the high side for a modern engine.
