Basic answer is no. We only made the centres and that's what got x-rayed. If you tried an x-ray shot on film at an angle through one of the rivet positions you would have to take 2 films as a different exposure would be needed for the alloy and the steel. The corrosion and would likely show as a diffused area but you probably could differentiate between very good and very bad. It's the ones in between that would be a problem. the #1 eyeball is as good a tool as any in this case. If you can see any sign of corrosion consider it u/s. If there are 5 rivets you only need one of those positions to be bad.
If your wheels are really good visually an owner who wants to use them as show wheels only might make you an off. Otherwise you have a set of tyres, centres and rings that you can repurpose or sell individually.
