If the whole flange coming our of the transfer box has play/movement then you need to replace the transfer box. Not wise to drive the car until this is sorted - the bearings have failed. Probably 4-5 hours labour, o/s driveshaft has to be removed as well as a few other parts.

If the prop is lose (has up/down or side to side movement) in it's own flange (i.e. shaft moves but flange with bolts on does not) then the propshaft joint has failed - there are two types and fairly cheap.

Both are almost unusual but not unheard of faults.
