Hej Ben,
this is all plug and play with your V70, and you do not need an additional pump, the headligtwashers are connectet to the windshieldpump. But you will need another skin for your frontbumper, with the resesses for the wiperdriveshafts.
By the way, who told you, that the headlightwashers only spray every 5 times, the windshieldwasher does? That's bull, they spray synchronized!
