I've finally got all the bits together and will give it a go this week. I'm thinking of painting the skid plate to freshen it up while it's removed, has anyone done the same and if so what paint did you use? I've got some aluminium spray but I think it's too light, i'm thinking of using steel wheel silver as it's a bit darker, any recommendations?
