Hello again

I have been meaning to ask and couldnt find much info about this for my 2005 2.5T XC90 petrol...

Wanted to check if it is worthwhile putting one in or should I just stick with the paper version inside the air box? They are not exactly cheap (£5x-ish), so wanted to double check.
