Is it the twinfuel pump version Tom before 95/96 i think it is? If so, suspect the in-tank pump.

Either way it's probably condensation in the fuel tank, add a bit of meths to the tank, if it's got 1/4 tank of petrol, add 2L of meths, if it's got 1/2 tank fo petrol add 4l of meths.

Cheapet way of buying it, don't skimp on the amount, it won't work if you don't put enough in.
