Having been absent since we sold both our volvos, we saw our first XC60 new model in the wild yesterday so I came back to see what owners had said. Saw this thread was at the top of the forum and had a sense of dread opening it. Arianne, what terrible form you’ve experienced, hope you get a reliable, enjoyable drive soon.

In defence of JLR, we have absolutely loved our Range Rover Sport. We got in before the new dual touchscreen model came out (that would have been a no-no for me), but apart from a minor oil issue when the dealer overfilled it’s been a dream. Yes it’s a monster and polar ice caps melt every time we fire it up, but it’s just.....effortless. We are both very tempted by the new volvos, but for a total indulgence for a few years the RRS has been perfect.

Agree with those saying never be a test mule, especially for JLR. Too many stories of rejections and niggles I’m afraid.
