I have absolutely no idea
But the wheel and the F88 centre have the same logo cast into them. The centre has 'MADE IN GERMANY-WEST' in addition to that. There's a strong chance the photo's upside down and it should look more like a 'd' than a 'p', but don't let my pareidolia bias you.
