I managed to lose my one and only V70 (P2, 2004) key before Xmas. Must be in the house somewhere. Quoted ~£500 for a mobile guy to come out and replace it

so thought I'd wait as it was 'bound to turn up'...

Anyway - I've just had a new key supplied but obviously the immobiliser doesn't recognise it. I need to get the car to the Volvo indy so they can code the key to the car. They are about 20 miles away and I don't fancy being towed that far.

Long shot: Is there any way I can start the car without a coded key, as a one off? I've got VIDA and tools and access to the car itself.

tbh I think I already know the answer but just want to double check before I spend yet more on getting it trailered.
