"exhaust manifold gasket is blowing" Exhaust manifold gaskets typcally "blow" because they are not being compressed by the two flat and parallel surfaces...which means surfaces are not compressing tight enough OR warped and not parallel, or some combination of the two...question is, is this one of those cheap, simple fibre gaskets (where there is now material missing) or one of the metal jacketed fibre sandwich style (by Elring, which I don't even think are possible to blow out because of their construction)...if the former, and there is a gap, it needs to be filled with an appropriate high temp qualified material...I'd loosen manifold to enlarge gap, and fill gap with a fibre filled exhaust sealing paste (which hardens when it gets hot, and which has some body, which will fill gap). Tighten as best you can...if there are issues with studs, those should be made right...they are doing an important job...

Good Hunting!
