Just a thought- fuel and temp gauges are usually fed from a voltage stabilizer somewhere (used to stop readings varying with battery voltage changes)- if they've both failed it's likely to be this if it's not just wiring etc in ignition feed side.

No idea where it is physically on a 360 but it's likely to be behind the dash somewhere. Come to think of it, the ones I've seen do look quite like relays....
