https://www.wheel-size.com/size/volvo/850/1995/ ) suggests that they will fit. The thread on the wheel nuts looks to be different but as long as you use the wheel nuts from the V70 you should be fine - just check that the shoulder on the wheel nuts looks to be the same profile as on the 850 ones.
