I had the same issue with mine. Luckily I had a bit of flange left on both of the pipes so I just bought two split flanges and screwed them on tight right behind the old flanges (or what was left of them). When I clamped the split flanges on, I made sure that they were offset from the original flanges so that I could send a long bolt through without obstruction from one split flange to the other. Before squeezing them together I put a new gasket in and lathered a bunch of high temp gasket sealer in for good measure. It's now been a year and my exhaust is still quiet. Definitely a short term fix though.
