You can see the voltage swinging up to 750-800mV which given your meter seems a bit slow to respond (most digital meters are) it's probably closer to 1V but by the time the meter is getting to the point whre it catches up the voltage is already on the way back down. An oscilloscope would prove that but not really necessary as you can see the lower voltage has a bigger swing downwards too.
Definitely sounds smoother, have you driven it yet and if so, does it feel more responsive?
