I will be applying some rust protection under my V70 in the spring. I've had a short look for far and the one thing that I noticed of significance was the centre of the anti roll bar had lost its powder coating and was rusting so that will definitely need protecting.

I'll be using Neutrarust 661® Rust Converter & Primer following by Bilt Hamber Dynax UC Anti-Corrosion Wax.

The Neutrarust 661 is fantastic, it is one of those products that converts any residual rust to a black chemical of some sort but it also has a clear primer 'lacquer' in it so actually coats the metal as well as converting the rust.

I may also apply a zinc rich primer as well after the Neutrarust, depends on how carried away I get.

Prevention better than later expensive fix is my thought.
