I would assume that the diagnostic system might not detect a fault due to the current draw being the same, provided of course that you do not mix and match LED's with incandescent in the same circuit. It certainly enhances the look of the car so I will be looking around at options once I establish vendors who sell quality products.
One point to note is that the interior lamps dim when switching off, do LED's just switch off?
