I just had a look on Polarparts website and they don't list the emblem separately for the grille, suggesting the parts are meant to be removed from the original grille and swapped onto the new one.
Looks like you'll have to be "anonymous" from the front for a while and search ebay for a broken or cheap egg-crate grille to deprive it of the emblem/badge/straipe.
