Looks Ok.
40cc or ml per minute at idle is the 'going rate'
If you had a bad one you would be in no doubt.
Before going after pumps I would be inclined to eliminate easier/cheaper fixes.
Is the big earth from the block ok? Mine let go last year, no corrosion, clean cut like fatigue of the strands just at the lug below the starter.
